YARDI Business Architect/ YSR Reporting Analyst

Job Description:
Title: Yardi Business Architect (or similar, like Strategic Business Architect)
Responsibilities:
Develop and champion the business architecture strategy and methodology, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
Translate business strategies and objectives into capabilities and processes, providing traceability through the organization.
Create and maintain business architecture deliverables, including capability models, value streams, process maps, and data models.
Collaborate with business leaders and IT partners to understand needs, identify opportunities, and define solutions.
Provide architectural oversight to projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and the business architecture roadmap.
Review and analyze business needs to inform the development and implementation of new or enhanced systems and applications.
Ensure solutions developed across the organization align to enterprise architecture standards and principles.
Participate in project activities, including analysis, testing, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, etc.).
Proven experience as a Business Architect, ideally with a focus on real estate or property management.
In-depth knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related modules.
Strong business process analysis and design skills.
Experience in developing business architecture artifacts (e.g., capability models, value streams).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
