Job Details

Our client is a global medical device manufacturer seeking a QA Engineer to support Salesforce and enterprise application integrations. This role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce and other connected enterprise platforms through both automated and manual testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into clear, comprehensive test cases, including positive, negative, and regression scenarios

  • Execute test plans and document defects using appropriate QA tools, maintaining traceability between requirements, user stories, and test coverage

  • Analyze, track, and report defects, and support production issue resolution through root cause analysis and testing in controlled environments

  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver enhancements and project work across iterative release cycles

  • Perform ongoing testing and validation to ensure the stability and performance of integrated enterprise applications

  • Support additional QA and IT initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including test automation

  • Experience with API testing and validating integrations with external systems

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
