Job Description:
The Oracle Fusion & SCM Testing Lead will be central figure responsible for planning, coordinating & executing the entire Testing Lifecycle for the Oracle Fusion & SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules. You will lead the team of testers and work closely with Business Stakeholder, implementation partner and IT teams to validate the functionality meeting the business requirements and support critical end-to-end ERP and SCM processes.
Key Responsibilities
o Test Strategy and Planning
o Develop and own the master test strategy and plan for all SCM modules
o Define Testing Scope, objectives, timeline, resource requirement and success criteria
o Identify and secure environment and data
o Select and implement appropriate testing tool and methodologies
o Test design and execution
o Oversee the creation and review of detailed test cases, scenarios and scripts based on business requirement and process flows
o Lead the application testing
o Lead the system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing cycles
o Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all system touchpoints
o Defect Management
o Establish and manage a robust defect management process
o Triage, log, track and prioritize defects
o Facilitate defect resolution meetings
o Validate defect fixes and regression testing
o Stakeholder communication and reporting
o Act as the primary point of contact for all Testing related communication
o Provide status report to stakeholders by highlighting risks and issues
o Facilitate Testing sessions with business Users, gathering feedback and formal sign-offs
o Team Management
o Assign test preparation and execution tasks to manage team workload
o Manage team of testers
o Coordinate with technical and testing team for integration and performance testing
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Software quality assurance and testing, with at least 3+ years of Test Lead Role
• Proven experience in leading Fusion and SCM testing for atleast two implementations
• Deep functional knowledge of ERP and Supply Chain Applications
• Expertise in designing and executing end-to-end integration Test scenarios for complex business processes
• Hans-on experience on Test Management tools like Jira, Quality Center, Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Testing methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence
Qualifications
• Relevant certification in QA and Testing
• Experience with automation testing tools
• Experience in Opkey Automated Testing tool will be preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of experiences in the IT profession
