Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Backend Developer (12+ years) with strong expertise in backend development, CI/CD pipeline automation, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java, JavaScript, Jenkins Pipelines, AWS, and automation tools. Experience or familiarity with Golang is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices).

Create, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing, builds, and deployments.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless deployment and monitoring of applications in AWS environments.

Drive automation initiatives across the SDLC to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Develop scripts and tools to support operational automation and integration.

Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools and practices.

Work closely with frontend teams (JavaScript) and contribute to full-stack integration where required.

Debug, profile, and optimize existing code for performance and reliability.

Leverage knowledge of Golang where applicable to build performance-critical components or services.

Must-Have Skills:

12+ years of backend development experience, primarily in Java.

Strong knowledge of Jenkins Pipelines and CI/CD automation.

Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).

Proficient in JavaScript and able to collaborate on full-stack or integration tasks.

Strong experience in automation frameworks and deployment processes.

Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes is a plus.

Exposure to or hands-on experience with Golang.

Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
