RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a leading player within the technology industry, is looking for a talented and driven Product Owner to join their growing team in Greenwood Village, CO. We are seeking the right individual who is ready to take on an important role in managing product and operational tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Operations:
* Manage operational tasks, including troubleshooting and addressing urgent issues
* Monitor system performance, generate early reports, and identify potential red flags
* Participate in daily stand-ups with IT and partner vendors to track progress across the implementation lifecycle
* Conduct business reviews to assess upcoming product and operational initiatives
* Contribute to monthly operational steering committee meetings and assist in preparing key documentation
* Maintain JIRA boards, Ray requirements, and other project documentation
* Analyze new natural language technologies, review call flows, and evaluate user interaction paths

Documentation & Communication:
* Prepare detailed written communications for development teams and executive updates
* Translate high-level product roadmaps and vision into actionable tasks and requirements for the development teams
* Ensure proper documentation across all aspects of product development and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally with complex technical products (10+ years will be considered for strong candidates)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on written communication (including requirements for development teams and executive updates)
* A background in IVR systems, call center technologies, agent-based systems, chatbots, quality monitoring, or call center surveys is preferred
* Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate data and identify insights that drive decisions
* Proficiency in Tableau (preferred)
* Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to download, manipulate, and analyze raw data
* Some project management experience, with the ability to take a roadmap, vision, and implement it effectively
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (our client uses a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach)
* Demonstrated ability in product management for complex technical products
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly for translating technical requirements to both development teams and executives
* Strong analytical abilities, particularly using Tableau and Excel
* Comfortable working with back-end systems and APIs to drive project success
* Agile and Waterfall hybrid experience is a must
* Familiarity with IVR, chatbots, and call center technologies is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
