Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team in League City, Texas. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering relationships within the non-profit sector of a large chemicals manufacturing company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with educators, drive school engagement initiatives, and represent the organization at conferences and events throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and engaging with educators and schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the non-profit sector, ensuring ongoing collaboration and support.
Organize and attend conferences and events, traveling up to 6-8 times annually to represent the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital and print marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
Oversee email communications and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and marketing objectives.
Drive lead generation efforts through innovative campaigns and targeted outreach strategies.
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns to support educational and wellness initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Ensure all marketing activities align with the organization's commitment to physical and mental wellness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in campaign planning, event management, and client relations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Experience in managing digital marketing, including email campaigns and lead generation.
Passion for promoting physical and mental wellness through marketing initiatives.
Willingness to travel for conferences and events as required.
