Job Description:

Lead and scale the DevOps practice delivery center

Define and implement delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance models

Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of DevOps solutions to enterprise clients

Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins

Design infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS

Evaluate and implement DevOps best practices, tools, and automation strategies

Manage and mentor a large team of DevOps engineers, architects, and consultants

Develop career paths, training plans, and performance metrics

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Serve as the primary point of contact for DevOps solutions & problem statements

Translate business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans

Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Overall 18 years' experience in DevOps, with 10+ years in leadership or practice management roles

Hands-on expertise with GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS

Proven experience managing delivery centers and large cross-functional teams

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
