Kronos System Administrator (Contract with Conversion Potential)

We are seeking a Kronos System Administrator for a contract based at our corporate office in Dallas, TX. This role offers the potential to convert to a permanent position (with no fee after the contract period) and includes eligibility for a competitive salary and bonus upon conversion.

Work Schedule
- Option 1: Monday-Friday, onsite, standard 8-hour days
- Option 2: Monday-Thursday, 9-hour days onsite, Friday 4-hour day with ability to work from home
- Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) suite.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Managed Services teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and value.
- Provide Tier 2 system support, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
- Configure and maintain Kronos modules (timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, absence management, etc.) and InTouch clocks.
- Lead technical solution development, system enhancements, and lifecycle management activities.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and system changes while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology and change management policies.
- Support HR/Payroll processes by identifying improvements, testing, training, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective communication and delivery of workforce management solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Kronos configuration and administration (Workforce Central v7 or higher).
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), Timekeeper, Attendance, Scheduling, Analytics, and Integration Manager.
- Skilled in configuring and maintaining Kronos InTouch clocks (Workforce Device Manager).
- Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, regulations, and workforce system design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management, including patches, upgrades, and production support.
Highly Preferred:
- UKG Pro WFM cloud deployment experience.
- 2+ years in manufacturing labor/workforce environments.
- External, customer-facing business consulting experience.
- Full-Time Salary upon Conversion: ~$110K + Bonus Eligibility
