Junior Software Engineer

The developer link is supporting a growing SaaS company who are looking to add a Junior Software Engineer to their talented engineering team out of New York.

They are a traditional .NET/Microsoft shop, however have moved to focus more on customer needs and have set up specific teams to do this. These teams are typically more frontend focused utilising technologies like React but will be required to be full stack still.

As a "Customer Focused" Full Stack Developer, your primary focus will be to provide a brilliant customer experience through understanding what end-users want from their product, and implementing new changes and features to help improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will likely come from more of a Frontend background, taking careful consideration into user experience as well as understanding what customers want and need. This will be a creative role, allowing passionate software engineers to use their initiative and autonomy to come up with creative solutions.
