Project Manager- Customer Experience

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our a Customer Experience team for a 12-month contract engagement in San Antonio, Texas.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with collaborative in-office time. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• working in various departments. Focuses on tactical aspects of projects through the evaluation of job costs, productivity improvement and process efficiency associated with work performed
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization
• Participates in strategic team efforts and the development of departmental goals and objectives
• Management of project deliverables, including satisfaction of scope requirements, cost/budget adherence, schedule management, risk evaluation and mitigation, and quality management.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
