Job Details

Senior Network Engineer (Infrastructure)
Location: Hybrid 2 3 days/week in NYC office
Compensation: $170K $180K base
Corporate Title: Vice President

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches

  • Expertise in Data Center technologies

  • Cisco ACI experience (core platform must have)

Nice to Have:
  • DNS, Automation, Extrahop, or CATO experience

  • Financial services background (preferred, not required)

Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, WLAN, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and Proxies. You will work across Data Centers, Campus, and Remote sites to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, configure, and implement network solutions (hardware/software)

  • Support and optimize Cisco ACI-based infrastructure

  • Perform testing, debugging, and capacity management

  • Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new deployments

  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical networks

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco ACI, Palo Alto/Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM

  • Familiar with Linux/Windows, basic scripting, and automation tools

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
