Job Title: Product Owner AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to lead product strategy, development, and delivery for our compliance and financial crime prevention solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business, compliance, and technical teams to ensure the effective development of AML-related features and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product backlog for AML-related solutions and initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders (compliance, legal, risk, and IT teams) to gather and document AML business requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AML features.
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable user stories.
Monitor AML regulatory changes and ensure product compliance with latest standards.
Develop product roadmaps and maintain alignment with business goals and regulatory deadlines.
Drive the delivery of customer-centric AML solutions that enhance detection, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
Analyze AML system performance and recommend improvements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all AML product-related queries and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (7+ years) as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
Minimum 1 2 years of hands-on experience with AML or financial crime prevention systems.
Strong understanding of AML regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, FATF, OFAC, etc.).
Experience working with AML tools/systems such as Actimize, SAS AML, ACI, or similar.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into functional product features.
Agile/Scrum experience; certification (CSPO or equivalent) is a plus.
