Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with PMP certification to lead and deliver complex IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and experience working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively
Required Qualifications
- PMP Certification (mandatory)
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large-scale or long-term IT projects
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise applications, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar PM tools
