We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Facilities Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have a broad background managing and leading department managers, including Maintenance, Reliability, Utilities, and Wastewater. This person must have an excellent technical background.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of facility engineering, projects, maintenance operations, reliability engineering, utilities, and wastewater departments.
• Develop and manage annual CAPEX budgets for facility improvements and maintenance.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Implement and enforce compliance with all EPA and OSHA policies and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards in all facility operations.
• Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and procedures to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and implement facility improvements and enhancements.
• Continually assess and analyze facility operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering and maintenance management in the Manufacturing industry.
• Professional certifications such as CMRP, CMRT, or CRE are strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading and managing projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent management and leadership skills with experience in leading and managing a team of engineers and maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CAPEX budgets and financial management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of EPA and OSHA policies and regulations.
• Knowledge and understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
