Job Details
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience, with proven success leading software implementation and data conversion initiatives, managing complex stakeholder groups, and navigating organizational silos with finesse and pragmatism. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are critical, along with the ability to define team-level processes in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software implementation projects, including new business conversions, data migrations, and customization of policy administration systems.
- Manage and align diverse, high-level stakeholders across business and IT, often with competing priorities.
- Define and tailor project processes at the team level, ensuring practical and results-driven execution.
- Oversee timelines dictated by sales cycles and insurance product launches.
- Apply flexible methodologies, drawing from Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall to best fit the environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years as a Sr. Project Manager in a sales-driven organization.
- Experience leading software implementations and data conversions with complex stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of PMP, Agile, and Waterfall
