Title: Contract Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter (Contract to hire opportunity)
Location: Somerset, NJ (must be open to work from office 4-5 days per week)
Hours: 40 Hours per week

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our technology staffing division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruiting IT / Technology and Engineering talent for consulting or staffing organizations. Please note that we are looking someone to start immediately.
Job Description / Tasks:
- In-charge of Recruitment of permanent and contract Information Technology (IT) and executive roles
- Responsibilities include full life-cycle recruitment comprising sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates; coordinating and executing interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication; and designing, negotiating and closing job offer packages.
- Fast paced, high volume recruiting and placement through creating and posting ads on internet and other mediums, utilizing research, telephone cold calling, personal networking, internal/external sourcing, candidate database queries, Internet mining
- Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Interact with various departments including Sales, Operations and Offshore Recruiting departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with company s administrative and operational tasks as per management s request
- Organize and participate in meetings and conference calls
- Generate weekly reports, provide consistent feedback to candidates, client and management as needed
Job Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor s Degree is required
- Must have minimum 2-5 years of Recruitment experience in IT and/or Engineering areas
- Experience working with recruiting agency or staffing company highly desired
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT Consulting and/or MSP staffing environment.
- Must have solid persuasion skills, ability to coach, motivate and guide candidates
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to utilize creative methods of recruiting including but not limited to Internet based search engines, social media, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
- Time management skills with ability to respond and act quickly
- We are looking for an individual with high integrity, energy, and positive attitude
- Experience working in Executive Search or direct hire (permanent) roles is preferred
- Some team leadership or client account management experience is desired
