Job Title: Golang Developer

Location: New York, NY

Duration/Contract-to-hire: 12 months (with potential extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with a strong background in serverless architectures, AWS services, and cloud-native development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GoLang, Python, and DynamoDB, and be capable of building scalable, resilient backend services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and performant backend services using Golang and Python.
• Build and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and other related AWS services.
• Design data models and optimize queries using DynamoDB.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps and product teams to define architecture and release pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and proactively.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoLang in production environments.
• Strong experience building serverless applications using AWS (especially Lambda).
• Solid understanding and practical use of DynamoDB.
• Working experience with Python in a backend or scripting context.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
