We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ironclad Application Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of the Ironclad application for our Operating Companies. This role involves everything from initial design and configuration to ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, "can-do" professional who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment.

responsibilities:
- Design and Configuration: Work directly with clients to design and configure the Ironclad application to meet their specific workflows and business needs.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure all configured workflows function correctly and meet the client's requirements.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Provide dedicated support during UAT, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth transition for users.
- Training and Onboarding: Lead user orientation sessions, create training materials, and deliver training to new users, leveraging existing resources whenever possible.
- Legacy Data Migration: Oversee the upload of legacy data into the new Ironclad system, coordinating with third-party support as needed.
- Ongoing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing support requests and maintenance of the Ironclad application.
- Project Management: Provide light-touch project management for all tasks related to the implementation and support of the Ironclad application.
qualifications:
- Proactive and Adaptable Demeanor: Candidates must possess a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
- Proven Implementation Experience: A minimum of one successful implementation of the Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform is required, demonstrating a high standard of quality.
- Professional Certification: A valid Ironclad Admin certification is mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: While Ironclad is a no-code platform, candidates must demonstrate the technical acumen to deliver high-quality configurations and builds.
- Collaborative and Efficient: The ability to operate effectively within a small, fast-paced team is essential.
