Job Title: Oracle Hyperion Support Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Global Hyperion and OneStream Support Analyst to provide global support for Oracle Hyperion Planning and OneStream applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application maintenance, end-user support, and performance tuning for enterprise financial planning and consolidation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day global support for Oracle Hyperion Planning and OneStream platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Hyperion Planning (Essbase, Planning Web, Smart View) and OneStream.

Coordinate and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely data availability and processing.

Perform application monitoring, job scheduling, and process validations to support business operations.

Handle incident and service request management through ITSM tools, adhering to SLA timelines.

Collaborate with FP&A teams, business users, and finance stakeholders to resolve functional queries and improve user experience.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, and configuration changes for both Hyperion and OneStream environments.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across source systems, applications, and reporting outputs.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and process flows.

Provide training and support to end-users on Hyperion Planning and OneStream functionality.

Liaise with Oracle/OneStream support and internal IT teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.

Assist in developing and deploying new financial models, forms, and reports within the planning platforms.
