PLEASE NOTE: Client is migrating business users to a new network and will have various engineering systems applications which require reinstallation, testing, and overall migration of user content with the applications.
Job Description:
Here are a few of the key TECHNICAL ENGINEERING skills required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with various groups to determine contractual limitations with vendors
- Monitoring and reporting software license usage and trends and minimizing spend and rationalizing portfolios
- Liaising with end users and business customers and understanding their current and future requirements
- Proving regular feedback and presentation to customers, end users and senior management of latest migrations
- Lead and perform requirements gathering.
- Aligning digital strategies with overall strategic business goals.
- Recommend standard procedures and best practices.
Core Competencies:
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of report building (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and PowerBI)
- Ability to understand how database platforms work such as SQL Server & Oracle.
- Understanding on how to install products such as AutoCAD, Cameo, Matlab, SolidWorks, SQL Server
- Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
- Excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Desired Competencies:
- Understand the requirements of connected data required for digital delivery
