Job DescriptionAs the Senior Director in OCI, you will provide leadership to multiple teams tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects within OCI. Qualifications:
- A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale critical service.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and performance optimization within a technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors (ICs) and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to make decisions that significantly impact the organization's infrastructure, with potential implications for revenue and long-term operational success.
- Experience in Networking and Cloud Infrastructure Operations
- Experience in managing a large-scale critical service in a Cloud computing
- Expertise in Distributed Systems, Network Operating Systems, Network Orchestration and Controller
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to current and future design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision improvements to the architecture.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
