Job Details

As Tech Lead, Agentic AI Solutions on our Agentic AI Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade agentic AI architectures, enabling autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents to perform complex tasks across business domains. This role will be instrumental in establishing the frameworks, protocols, and engineering standards that power safe, reliable, and scalable AI agent systems.
Modern agentic AI requires a blend of robust orchestration, multi-agent coordination, secure tool integration, and advanced governance frameworks. You will collaborate with our Architecture team, AI/ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product stakeholders to design, implement, and scale agentic AI solutions that interact safely with enterprise systems, external APIs, and human operators.
This role is ideal for a seasoned technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping the future of intelligent agent-based platforms within the enterprise.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

8+ years of software engineering experience with focus on AI/ML, distributed systems, or platform engineering

3+ years in senior technical leadership roles managing engineering teams.

Deep experience with business process orchestration

Expert-level Python and experience with multiple programming paradigms

Experience integrating with the full AWS stack (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, Redshift, VPC) and enterprise data platforms.

Proven ability to design agent-safe protocols (e.g., MCP, API sandboxes, tool registries)

Strong background in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and low-latency orchestration

Direct experience implementing AI observability tooling for tracing and evaluation

Experience balancing innovation with stability in mission-critical AI infrastructure.

Familiarity with metadata management, data lineage, and knowledge graph integration for agent context

Skilled in agile methodologies and iterative delivery of complex systems.

Experience with governance and compliance frameworks for enterprise AI adoption

Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives

Track record of driving technical initiatives across multiple teams and organizations

Strong conflict resolution, prioritization, and consensus-building skills

Commitment to building responsible, ethical, and explainable AI systems

Proven ability to mentor and develop inclusive, high-performing teams
