What will you be doing?
The Proposal Manager role will prepare Proposals, RFP responses and other contractual documents. In this position, you work with various departments throughout our company (example Sales and Legal). Timely preparing any and all required documents while working with others on the team, sales, internal teams and the customers. You are responsible for drafting, editing, and proofreading the proposal to ensure it is in compliance with all internal regulations. Our preferred candidate has a bachelor's degree in a business field and several years of proposal writing and project management experience.

Responsibilities:
- Creating proposal timelines
- Multitasking assignments within the team
- Ensuring everyone on the team meets their deadlines.
- Collaborating with other departments to write and implement proposals
- Detailed attention to contract language
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Experience within the technology, sales and business environment
- Experience with contract negotiation
- Experience with project management
- Good experience with PowerPoint, word and excel
- Travel up to 10%
