We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mainframe Developer to join our core banking technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing mission-critical applications that support real-time banking and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in COBOL and related mainframe technologies. Please apply if interested.

- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB/DC, and CICS.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Optimize and refactor legacy code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain batch and online programs, including MQ Series and Easytrieve components.
- Support application modernization efforts, including integration with APIs and distributed systems.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release management and change control.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
