Job Title: AEM Tech Lead (Insurance Domain)

We are seeking an experienced AEM Tech Lead/Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and strong knowledge of the insurance domain. The role will drive digital experience initiatives, architect scalable AEM solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and personalized customer journeys.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design enterprise-grade AEM solutions aligned to insurance business requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AEM projects, including component/template development and backend integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insurance use cases into scalable technical designs.
  • Establish and enforce AEM development best practices, deployment standards, and governance models.
  • Ensure AEM solution performance, scalability, and security — compliant with insurance regulations.
  • Integrate AEM with insurance systems such as policy administration, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring code quality and reusability.
  • Support presales activities with solution approaches, effort estimations, and domain-aligned strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager — Sites, Assets, and Forms.
  • Deep understanding of insurance processes: policy servicing, claims, underwriting, customer engagement.
  • Proficient in Java/J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Strong experience integrating AEM with backend systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and third-party tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based hosting models for AEM.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in a distributed delivery environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong track record in client-facing roles.
