Office & Facility Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Novi, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (20 hrs/week, with some flexibility)
Duration: 12-month W2 Contract (with potential to extend)
Pay Rate: $20-$21/hr

Position Overview:
We re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Facility Coordinator to manage daily operations at a corporate facility. This is a part-time role focused on office logistics, supply management, safety compliance, and light IT coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Facility Operations

Distribute mail and manage internal/external communications

Order and track inventory of office and kitchen supplies

Maintain office cleanliness and assign shared space tasks

Set up desks, nameplates, and seating for new employees

Submit utility and office-related invoices for processing
IT & A/V Coordination

Act as the go-to contact for minor network and A/V issues
Safety & Compliance

Coordinate EHSS postings and annual Freon tracking

Ensure facility meets compliance standards
Lease & Vendor Support

Support finance with lease payments and reconciliations

Coordinate with landlord on maintenance (HVAC, inspections, etc.)
Security & Asset Management

Manage employee badges and maintain equipment inventory for tax reporting
What You ll Need:

HS Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred

3-5 years of experience in administrative, office, or facilities coordination

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
