Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Information Security Architect to support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide security policies, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives. The role focuses on regulatory frameworks like NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, and supports security documentation, incident response, and architecture consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update security policies, standards, and procedures
• Perform risk assessments using NIST, ISO, and CSF frameworks
• Support audits and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, IRS-1075)
• Architect and assess secure AWS/Azure environments
• Serve as SME for information security governance and regulatory compliance

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in enterprise information security
• Hands-on experience with network security, data protection, and access control
• Advanced knowledge of NIST 800-53, CSF, and ISO 27001
• Experience with incident response, risk assessments, and security audits
• Experience consulting for government agencies (state/federal), ideally transportation or DMV
• Familiarity with Client Statewide Security Manual and documentation (PTA, VRAR)

Nice to Have:

• CISSP certification
• Experience with IBM QRadar, Tenable Nessus, ITIL, SABSA/TOGAF
• PCI-DSS QSA/ISA background

Note: Must be available onsite on Day 1 for equipment pickup. Future onsite presence may be required.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $85.00-$90.00 per hour.
