Job Title: Entry-Level Business Analyst
Job Location: Multiple Locations all across the USA
Required Experience Level: 0 1 year
About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze data, and assist in implementing solutions that improve efficiency and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Work with business stakeholders to understand project objectives and gather business requirements.
Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements clearly and accurately.
Support the development of functional specifications and use cases.
Process Analysis & Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in creating process flow diagrams, reports, and presentations to support findings and recommendations.
Participate in brainstorming and solution design sessions with senior analysts and team members.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and dashboards using Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Identify patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
0 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related internship/project role.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Basic knowledge of business analysis frameworks or software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Exposure to SQL or basic data querying skills.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
Certification or coursework in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CBAP Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) is an advantage.
