Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-performance applications using Rust.
Write efficient, concurrent, and safe code following Rust best practices.
Lead and mentor developers through reviews and technical guidance.
Optimize and profile applications for performance and scalability.
Integrate Rust-based applications with existing systems and third-party tools.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD and automate workflows.
Drive implementation of DevOps practices and build optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of professional software development experience.
5+ years of experience in Rust development.
3+ years as a Lead Developer or similar senior role.
Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and systems programming.
Proficiency with async frameworks (tokio, async-std, etc.).
Experience with Rust ecosystem tools and popular crates.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GitHub/GitLab pipelines, and SaltStack.
Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
