Position Summary

Act as subject matter expert for Samsung MagicInfo Digital Signage Cloud solutions and services and pre-sales/post sales customer management.

Role and Responsibilities

Duties: Act as subject matter expert for Samsung MagicInfo Digital Signage Cloud solutions and services and pre-sales/post sales customer management. Provide engineering support for the North America sales subsidiaries, system integrators and/or end customers with Samsung Solutions. Provide timely proactive engineering support to System Integrators and software development partners, Samsung Sales and Support Teams, and North America Business Development Managers. Liaise with key industry partners in the Digital Signage market place and provide proactive market intelligence to HQ. Implement highly scalable and available cloud architecture solutions on AWS and Azure to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company and customers. Support customers with technical solutions, including implementation and some maintenance support. Provide guidance on infrastructure movement techniques including application transfers into the cloud. Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance. Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control. Design and perform risk assessments, audits, and tests to ensure proper functioning of data processing activities and security measures. Evaluate and safeguard system security and improve overall server and network efficiency by training users and promoting security awareness. Coordinate with multiple workgroups to ensure business task is completed. Provide solutions training, including MagicInfo, SSSP, H.Browser, LED, and SmartSignage, to local sales subsidiaries and partners. Telecommute permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Senior Professional I, B2B Pre/Post Sales or related occupation in architecture and cloud solutions.

The 10 years of experience at least 5 years must have included:

Working with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements; Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of infrastructure standards and best practices; Experience in exposure to event driven architecture, micro-services and server-less architecture; Migrating large workflow into Cloud platforms like AWS cloud, Azure; and Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code (IaC).

Travel Requirements : up to 40% domestic/international required
