A client with Kforce is seeking a Program Manager IV to join their team in Los Angeles, CA.

As part of the Global Marketing & Communications team and reporting to the Director, Public Affairs Communications we are seeking a highly organized and experienced strategic communicator with a proven track record of project management, working collaboratively with teams and partnering across a matrixed organization to assist with the creation and execution of multi-channel internal and external communications programs in support of their global public affairs communications and community initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting their Platform community engagement strategy by supporting the enterprise with prioritizing and articulating the demonstrable value of their engagement in communities and with various stakeholders.
This person will help unify the operations, communications and overall strategy around initiatives including those that tell their story of impact in communities including but not limited to programs like the clients IDEAS program, for Education, Elevation Grants, Food Truck Program, and other initiatives focused on financial literacy, sustainability and social/community engagement.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
