Job Title: Google Cloud Platform Developer
Location: On-site in Seattle, WA (Locals preferred; H1B transfers willing to relocate are welcome)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Google Cloud Platform Developer to join our growing team in Seattle, WA. This is a full-time, on-siteposition ideal for local candidates or H1B candidates ready to relocate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying solutions using Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and a solid understanding of cloud-native development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications and services on Google Cloud Platform

  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and data engineering teams to build scalable and secure solutions

  • Implement microservices, APIs, and data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform tools and services

  • Work with Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and GKE

  • Optimize performance and ensure system reliability and security

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation

Qualifications

  • 4 6 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years on Google Cloud Platform

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, GKE

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes

  • Understanding of cloud security, networking, and monitoring best practices

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Google Cloud certification (e.g., Associate or Professional Cloud Developer)

  • Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Exposure to retail, e-commerce, or large-scale enterprise systems
