Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account farming, nurturing client relationships, and driving customer success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the telecommunications sector.
  2. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Implement account farming strategies to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  5. Provide regular reports on account status and growth opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  3. Demonstrated experience in account farming and growing client accounts.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented approach.
  6. Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
