Job Details

CAN Softtech Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant III to support the Financial Management Support Services contract for the Military Sealift Command s (MSC) Comptroller Directorate (N8). This role will provide advanced administrative and technical support to facilitate MSC s mission of delivering strategic sealift and logistics for national defence objectives. The Technical Assistant III will apply a strong understanding of the Department of Defence Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR), utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support data management, financial reporting, and coordination tasks, contributing to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system and OMB A-123 program initiatives.

Technical Assistant III

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor s degree.
  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience performing Technical Assistant III duties.
  • Must understand the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
