Job Details

Akkodis is seeking a Technology Service Delivery Coordinator for a contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will manage infrastructure projects, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technology Service Delivery Coordinator job responsibilities include:
  • Managing infrastructure projects involving multiple service divisions and ensuring timely delivery to client specifications.
  • Handling routine client requests, addressing problems, and ensuring alignment between business and infrastructure priorities.
  • Representing business continuity planning (BCP) and architecture requirements while aligning infrastructure delivery with business roadmaps.
  • Collaborating with client relationship managers, development managers, and CTO teams to articulate infrastructure vision and secure client requirements.
  • Supporting continuous infrastructure improvement efforts and facilitating communication on costs, delivery dates, and external consulting teams.
  • Overseeing infrastructure implementation tasks for business-driven projects and assisting with escalations and follow-ups on issues.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years in an infrastructure management or service delivery role.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies (e.g., Unix/Windows Administration, Active Directory, Middleware, Networking).
  • Experience in client relationship management, including working closely with CTOs and Core Operations technology staff.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
