Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated mechanical systems for manufacturing and production environments.

Responsibilities:

Design mechanical automation solutions and detailed layouts
Develop assembly drawings and automation concepts
Integrate robotics, sensors, actuators, and control systems
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time
Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automation systems
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with electrical, software, and controls teams
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
5–7 years of experience in mechanical automation and robotics
Strong experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD
Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and motion control
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing

Preferred Skills:

Experience with robotic arms, end-of-arm tooling, pick-and-place systems
