Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Project & Data Product Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-level data projects. This hybrid role combines traditional IT project management with data product ownership. The ideal candidate will drive project execution while also leading product discovery, development, and lifecycle management of data-centric solutions.
• This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining data product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering insights-driven data tools that align with business goals. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and end users to build scalable, user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT and data-centric projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver on scope and timeline.
• Define clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality throughout.
• Track milestones, manage risk, and resolve issues that may impact project success.
• Provide continuous work direction and coaching to project teams.

Data Product Ownership

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis to identify needs and opportunities.
• Facilitate design sessions with stakeholders to develop product requirements and early mockups.
• Drive usability testing and prototype validation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, and business teams to translate insights into features.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact and feasibility.
• Act as the primary advocate for the product across the organization.

Data Analysis & Product Insights

• Leverage data analytics tools to inform product decisions and validate success metrics.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI and adoption.
• Create and present performance reports, product collateral, and executive updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical field (Master s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and/or data product management.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects and data product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including CI/CD and ETL pipelines.
