job summary:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Complete acceptance and Design Verification testing, burn-in and temperature as per testing procedures and guidance from Engineering.
  • Complete all necessary Acceptance Test Forms.
  • Collect Data Manually and Electronically using Data Acquisition Equipment and create charts and tables using Excel and other software
  • Detailed troubleshooting of new Production units

responsibilities:


  • Completion of all internal travelers and work order information to document complete test process
  • Review all engineering and manufacturing documentation for complete accuracy of unit completion
  • Follow company's inspection guidelines to conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical test and functional inspections on a wide variety of components, assemblies, equipment, systems, supplies and materials.
  • Performs Acceptance Test Procedure/Plan (ATP). Verifies apparatus and equipment for conformance to electrical, mechanical and other requirements using various kinds of electrical and mechanical test equipment.
  • Preferred - Universal Refrigeration Technician - EPA 608


qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Equipment skills - Data Acquisition Devices, Amp Clamp, Multimeter, TC Reader
  • Good team work and can work with minimum supervision
  • Highly analytical and very keen on details
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Steel Toe Boots


skills: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



  • Experience with testing machinery or equipment(2 Years)
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills(2 Years)
  • Hands on work with pumping systems or similar(2 Years)
  • Data acquisition equipment(2 Years)
