Job description:

This person will work with Middleware team responsible for ongoing Middleware operations that provides 24/7 support to our client's Middleware environment on Oracle Integration Cloud.

This role will be responsible for managing the operations of the Middleware infrastructure environments and to ensure the operation is in accordance with established procedures and practices. This is accomplished through monitoring performance of Middleware applications and coordinating technology deployment and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

BS/B.Tech or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware information technology SOA / OSB and Weblogic.
• Also have 5+ experience on Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC)
• Understanding of the technology organization and or business and technology.
• Excellent problem solving / analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
• Must have high focus on quality and customer service

Detailed Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in managing Middleware infrastructure and operations. Work on Incident and tasks assigned to Middleware Team.
• Train cross-functionally across different supported Middleware platforms.
• Work with business partners to communicate overall technology capacity related to business priorities for the specific business services / processes under responsibility.
• Partner with technology teams to engage business partners and vendors in developing technology / product strategies.
• Participate in and support cross technology process improvement initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities and take initiative to automate processes and monitoring.
