Location: Remote (must align with Mexico City timezone)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant CSM with strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) module to join our project team. This is a remote position, requiring alignment with the Mexico City timezone. The consultant will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules, as well as working with stakeholders to understand historical data and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules
  • Understand historical processes and workflows to ensure proper integration and transition
  • Customize CSM applications, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, best practices, and mentorship across the implementation team
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a strong focus on CSM
  • Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
  • ServiceNow certifications required (Administrator, CSM Implementer, or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of ITSM, CRM processes, and customer-centric workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage timelines effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
