• 10 -15 years of experience in design and development of Java/J2EE applications specializing in Spring, SpringBoot and Microservices with Architect experience.
• Able to lead a team and drive in design discussions.
• Should be able to come up with the Architecture and overall design of the applications independently.
• Expert in evaluating architecture and design and providing recommendations on the right solution.
• Should be able to develop code/frameworks, Setup coding guidelines to the team, trouble shoot issues with the team, analyze prod issues, perform code review.
• Should have good knowledge on UI Frameworks and Databases
• Candidate will work with the global stake holders (business and technology) situated across multiple locations.
• Applies skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs.
• The candidate will work with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and providing recommendations.
• Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
• Very strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
