Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Top Skills We're Looking For
- Experience imaging and reimaging Windows and/or Mac devices (Windows-only is acceptable)
- Ability to resolve or escalate technical issues with 100% accuracy
- Experience in large-scale refresh or deployment projects
- Strong customer service and communication skills (virtual and phone support)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Help desk or technical support experience
- Asset inventory management
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools and environments
What You'll Be Doing
- Imaging and preparing devices for deployment
- Wiping and redeploying or disposing of returned hardware
- Supporting end users with device setup and troubleshooting
- Collaborating with a mentor and team to ensure smooth execution of the refresh initiative
Tech Environment
- Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
- Connectivity tools: Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix
- Exposure to networking, telecom, and infrastructure platforms
