Role: Business Solutions Advisor/Delivery Lead
Duration: Long-term Contract

Summary
- Accountable for defining high-value client software solutions leveraging products, data, and services.
- Fosters long-term relationships with clients.
- Gathers client requirements and defines solution concepts.
- Estimates the level of effort to deliver and presents high-level designs and estimates to clients.
- Works with project teams to document low-level design.
- Ultimately responsible for delivering the solution.
- Influences clients, sales teams, project teams, product management, and the Experian enterprise.
- Responsible for solution functionality, usability, effort required to deliver, and client satisfaction.
- Frequently presents at client meetings and occasionally at conferences.
- Measured on Key Performance Indicators including delivery effort vs. estimate, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, new sales attainment, and cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial industry or software delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment, including application development and testing.
- Knowledge of application development technologies (Java, SQL, Oracle, XML, Web Services, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead and industry expert for integrated solutions across multiple business units.
- Work with clients to define and document business problems and solution requirements.
- Facilitate client requirements gathering and design meetings.
- Present to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Collaborate with SMEs to author solution design documents tailored to client requirements.
- Direct cross-functional departments during planning, development, testing, and implementation.
- Act as liaison for sales, delivery, and IT to ensure proper scope definition and accurate effort estimates.
- Contribute to project planning by identifying required skills, dependencies, and risks.
- Assist with ongoing scope management.
- Develop business and technical assessments, risk assessments, project meetings, business requirements, and effort estimates.
- Solve complex problems involving intangible variables using independent judgment.
- Travel up to 30% and occasional after-hours support/work required.
