About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines and ETL frameworks that empower our cloud data engineering teams. This role is pivotal in driving engineering excellence, automation, and operational efficiency across our data platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Drive strategic initiatives to build and enhance CI/CD and ETL frameworks tailored for cloud-native data engineering workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, DevOps, cloud architects, and product managers to align on goals and deliverables.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on automation, tooling, and framework development.
Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines supporting data ingestion, transformation, and deployment.
Ensure ETL frameworks are scalable, reusable, and optimized for performance in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for program updates, risks, and dependencies.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Process & Governance:
Implement best practices in agile delivery, release management, and quality assurance.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to track program success and identify areas for improvement. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in cloud data engineering or DevOps environments.
Proven experience managing CI/CD pipeline development and ETL framework design.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and data engineering tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark, dbt).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments. Top 3 responsibilities
