Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering
We are seeking a skilled PSA SCADA Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance mission-critical Energy Management and Control Systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in SCADA/EMS platforms, specifically GE Reliance / GE XA21, along with a solid background in full software development lifecycle for real-time, high-availability systems.
In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative engineering team contributing to the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of real-time applications within the Energy/Utility domain.

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with SCADA, Energy Management Systems (EMS), or Real-Time Application development.
- Proven experience with GE AEMS eTerra systems (mandatory).
- Strong technical foundation in UNIX/Linux (AIX, Solaris preferred) and Windows environments.
- Proficiency in C, C++, SQL, and Shell Scripting for application development, automation, and system enhancements.
- Familiarity with network communications, real-time data acquisition, and system integration protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, enhance, and troubleshoot SCADA/EMS applications within GE AEMS eTerra environments.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of real-time system components.
- Perform system integration, configuration, and customization based on operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain scripts and applications using C, C++, SQL, and shell scripting for automation and optimization.
- Work with real-time data acquisition systems and communication protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure stability, performance, and high availability of mission-critical real-time systems.
- Provide on-call support and troubleshooting as needed.
