Role: Senior Developer with SQL and Kafka, some Python.
Location: Remote
Type of Hire : Contract (C2C)
- Senior Developer SQL and Kafka, some Python.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including a solid understanding of its architecture and developing producers and consumers.
- Expertise in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries for relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server).
- Proficiency in Python programming, particularly for data engineering and distributed systems. Strong understanding of Apache Kafka principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with Kafka client libraries in Python (e.g., confluent-kafka-python, kafka-python).
- Familiarity with distributed systems and real-time data processing concepts. Experience with other messaging systems or big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is often a plus.
