Skills Required :
  • Experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Experience with CMDB tools such as BMC Helix, Service Now, and API interfaces processes
  • (at least 2) Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
  • Experience as an IT Project Manager leading CMDB integration
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Direct experience with CMDB tools such as BMC Helix and Service Now
  • PMP and ITIL certifications
  • Experience updating and monitoring projects using Microfocus PPM
