We are looking for Workday HRIS Consultant at Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Role: Workday HRIS Consultant
Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Mode: Long term Contract
Rate : $40/hr on C2C
Job Description :
The Human Resources Specialist 3 supports Georgia state agencies in the delivery and adoption of Workday (GA@WORK) talent acquisition and performance management solutions. This role focuses on HRIS training, consultation, system support, and data analysis to ensure effective use of statewide HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and online training for Workday (GA@WORK) users
- Provide recruiting, talent acquisition, and performance management training and support
- Develop, update, and maintain HRIS training materials and documentation
- Analyze Workday data and prepare reports and presentations
- Support and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide consultation and technical support to state agencies
- Support additional HR initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience delivering training through multiple delivery methods
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology training
- Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, or Performance Management (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
