Description
The Workflow Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy across business processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deploy scalable solutions using workflow automation platforms. Build automation and evangelize and help other build Will be doing workflow automation with multiple teams with interdependencies, and complex processes Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Design and build automated workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Nintex, or similar platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals. Integrate automation solutions with existing systems Monitor and maintain workflows to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues. Document workflows, configurations, and changes for transparency and compliance. Train team members on using automated systems and provide ongoing support. Stay current with automation trends and recommend improvements.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
