Join a leading industry organization for a contract-to-hire opportunity as an ERP Support Analyst. You'll be a key part of the IT team, providing essential technical support and functional expertise for the Enterprise Resource Planning system. This role requires a versatile "jack of all trades" who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring system stability and supporting business-critical operations. <>Key Responsibilities</>
  • Provide Tier 2/3 Support: Deliver timely and effective technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user problems within the core ERP system.

  • Develop Custom Reporting: Create and maintain necessary reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support finance and operations teams using ERP-integrated tools and SQL.

  • System Maintenance and Configuration: Assist with the functional configuration of ERP modules and support maintenance activities, including patches, upgrades, and data integrity checks.

 

<>Required Qualifications</>
  1. Proven experience in a Techno-functional role supporting an ERP or similar core business system.

  2. Demonstrated proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.

  3. Experience with the business processes within the Construction or Real Estate industry.

  4. Strong background in ERP support, documentation, and end-user training.

  5. Ability to work full-time, five days a week, from the Chicago office location.
